Refund policy

At Kyle Sandilands Live, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned with any original packaging and tags (where applicable).
Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

We offer free size exchanges within Australia, subject to stock availability. Simply contact us at info@kslive.com.au, and we'll guide you through the exchange process.

For exchange requests from outside Australia, customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kslive.com.au.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or provide a full refund (including any applicable shipping costs), in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or replaces any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
