We ship Australia-wide and every parcel is tracked. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and what’s in your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay.
- Standard: 2–7 business days to metro areas, 3–10 to regional, once your order has shipped.
- Express: 1–4 business days to most metro areas, once your order has shipped.
International
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on where it’s going and what’s in your order, and the exact rate is always shown before you pay.
We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Estimated delivery is 6–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and how quickly your parcel clears customs. New Zealand and Singapore are usually at the faster end of that range, Europe and the Americas at the slower end.
Duties and taxes: international orders may attract customs duties or import taxes in your country. These aren’t included in your order total or shipping cost, and they’re collected by your local customs or carrier, not by us.

Pre-order and dispatch
Everything in the store is currently available for pre-order. Orders are shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way, and the delivery estimates above start from that point.
If anything is going to take longer than 2 weeks we’ll contact you before it does, and you’re welcome to cancel for a full refund at that point.
Returns and exchanges
Changed your mind, or need a different size? You can return or exchange an unworn item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we cover the return postage and you can choose a replacement or a refund, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
